1. Introduction and Applicability

hazy is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hazy website, mobile app and all related services. To learn more about us, visit our About hazy page.

By accessing the site or creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any condition, please stop using the site.

hazy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued access to the site after an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on hazy and take part in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21+ years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. hazy may request supporting documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, hazy reserves the right to close them and forfeit the associated balances. If more than one member of the same household uses the same device or IP address, hazy Support must be notified in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and up to date. Registering with false information may result in withdrawals being blocked and the account being permanently closed.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is a breach of these Terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact hazy Support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on hazy can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from your own payment account — funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

3.3 Account Verification

hazy may request identity verification (KYC) documents before a first withdrawal or at any time. This may include a copy of your national ID card or passport and proof of ownership of the payment account. hazy reserves the right to hold withdrawals if documents are not provided.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at hazy, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — the wagering requirement on this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed. Winnings related to the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus applies only to the account into which the deposit was made.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being closed.
• hazy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms of any bonus.
• A bonus is never direct cash — it is a betting credit that becomes withdrawable only after the specified conditions have been met.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The hazy VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Cashback is added directly as a bonus and may carry its own wagering requirement.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless hazy identifies a technical error or incorrect odds. In that case, hazy reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds on hazy may change while a market is open. Changes to odds after a market closes will not apply to bets confirmed before the event started. For live betting, odds may change due to network delays, and the latest applicable odds may differ from those shown to the user.

5.3 Result Settlement

All bets are settled based on the relevant official result. If an event is suspended or cancelled, stakes will be returned in accordance with hazy's policy.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

If unusual betting patterns, use of bots, coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts or any other fraudulent activity is identified, hazy may immediately suspend the relevant account and investigate. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting hazy Support. Please settle any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

8.2 Closure at hazy's Initiative

hazy may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Providing a false identity or forged documents
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Suspicion of depositing funds from an illegal source
• Evidence of being a minor

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, accrued bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

9. Technical Issues and Limitations

hazy is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by technical faults, server outages or network problems. In such circumstances, affected bets may be voided or upheld at hazy's discretion. hazy reserves the right to correct any odds or balances displayed incorrectly due to a software error.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the hazy website, logo, design, content and software are owned by hazy. No part of this content may be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

hazy's services are provided "as is". hazy is not liable for any financial loss arising from losses in play, the actions of third parties, or decisions made by you. hazy's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount of the stake deposited in that specific transaction.

12. Changes to Terms and Contact

Any change to these Terms takes effect from the date it is published on the site. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address or by SMS.
